The raw fish seems in good condition but maybe refrigerated too much but Kentucky is a long, long way from any ocean after all. This restaurant offers a mix of Japanese and Korean food but management and staff seem mainly or perhaps solely Korean. Apparently no individual Asian cuisine can be allowed to stand alone as in other countries. Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Vietnamese etc all get lumped in together and called 'Asian cuisine'. It seems impossible to obtain a PURE rendition of any Asian cuisine in America.
